Decision on exemption from the prohibition of disposal of properties at the territory of the Republic of Croatia of legal entities with headquarters in the Republic of Slovenia, the Republic of Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, which are obtained by way of a payment, if this is in the interest of the Republic of Croatia, its citizens or legal persons with headquarters in the Republic Croatia, as well as the first-instance court verdict on the property of the Red Cross of the Municipality of Novo Sarajevo is a basis for the efforts of the Red Cross Society of Bosnia and Herzegovina to return the ownership over the property Lozica near Dubrovnik.

Red Cross Society of Bosnia and Herzegovina invites and awaits the assistance of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the aim of final solution of this issue, ie. return of the property of this humanitarian organization , which is of special importance for the state.
